Below, we have posted some of the links that will direct you to all things happening with DanceFitWeb. Our online journals are filled with opinions on a variety of topics as well as links to other things on the web that we find interesting. When the spirit moves us, we will include longer articles, tips, and secrets to feeling good & looking great!

 

What we love about the web is the opportunity to share our thoughts with others. But we also like to hear what others think, and to exchange ideas. Sometimes, a topic that we've touched on in one of my log entries or a topic talked about on the TV show may need a little elaboration, or I may want to respond in more formal fashion to feedback I get from readers. Whenever appropriate, we'll post those types of essays here.

 

For example, we might include an essay on a controversial subject, like the impact of obesity. Or, we might write a personal essay about a special cause or just something about  growing up or our philosophy on working out. We try to keep these pages updated... send any questions you have to me and I will post the responses.  I will make changes to this site on a regular basis, sharing news, views, experiences, photos...whatever occurs to me. Check back often!
