DanceFit offers dance classe with an approach that fuses dance forms into a DanceFit class that helps students learn basic through advanced technique and skills whether they want to become better performers or create a dancer's body and self-expression. We offer beginning and advanced dance classes for fun and fitness. Elements of ballet, modern dance, African, Hip Hop and jazz dance techniques with an emphasis on Horton and Dunham dance techniques. Bare feet and/or studio shoes and comfortable clothes.

DanceFit Workout: A Fusion of Dance Forms for cardio, strength, and flexibility) The Workout! Flirty Girl Smooth Moves Cardio Dance Class EJ loves the video girl dance style and especially the Pussycat Dolls. Come and learn how to be flirty and dance to bring out your natural Pussycat Doll! This class is very tasteful in a fun dance workout that is simple to learn with signature moves of the video vixens. Features movements using You will improve your confidence and learn to "strike a pose" while gaining a beautiful and lean body using smooth moves.. fierce! No dance experience required!

Dance Party Cardio It's Friday night and we'll make the party! We've put fitness, dance, and fun in one class. One hour of hard-core fun dancing to the lates sounds of 80's, disco, hip-hop and pop. Bring your friends for an hour cardio workout in a party setting.

All fitness levels will enjoy this fun time to let go and hang loose. You'll learn some  easy to follow moves set to the beat of popular music using simple steps allow you to focus on having fun and working up a sweat without learning complex choreography. come on out no matter your size, fitness condition, or age. There's plenty room for all to sweat on the dance floor in this class!
