Abdominal Training - Crunches

  • Lying on your back with your knees bent; interlace your fingers and cradle your head.
  • Open your elbows wide keeping them in line with your ears. Focus your eyes upward at a diagonal.
  • Lift upwards with the sternum & return without letting your shoulders touch the floor.
  • Repeat 25 times.  For extra benefit... try using an exercise ball or bench and place your feet on top.
